The focal point of Athlete THI Therapy is to encourage and improve control of the athletes joints, muscles and nervous system to improve athletic performance. This is achieved by a multidisciplinary approach with hands on manual therapy, re-education of movement patterns and reinforcement of establishing a regular routine for the athlete to perform daily, prior to training and before major competition.
