THI Training is individualized and customized for each client. All training protocols begin with the THI Training BluePrint Assessment. This is a comprehensive assessment evaluating physical strength, endurance, power, body composition, emotional / mental stress and nutritional eating habits. THI Training programs for every client is created with a THI health care therapist with vast knowledge of the musculoskeletal system and therapeutic protocols of mobility (MOVEMENT) and stability (CONTROL / STRENGTH) in the development of THI training sessions
